At TopJob, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home improvement and decor purchases. If a product doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware, manuals, and protective inserts are included.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
